Recipe for brownies:

This recipe is similar to any other brownie recipe that you would normally use at home. You will need all the regular ingredients. The only new addition is the CBD oil.

As a rule of thumb, if you are making 12 brownies, go with 1200 mg of CBD. It’s safe to consume 10mg of CBD every day. First, extract oil from a good quality CBD strain. You can start off by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Mix the CBD oil and sugar in a bowl and blend it up. After this, add eggs, CBD, and vanilla in and keep blending. Mix baking powder, salt, flour, and cocoa powder in a different bowl and add everything together.

Now that the mix is ready, you can make brownies like you normally would. Pour the mix on a greased pan and bake them for about twenty minutes. Let it cool down and cut into small pieces. Enjoy!

2. CBD Tea

For this recipe, you are going to need your favorite tea, CBD oil, milk, and hot water. Start off by boiling water.

Add your favorite tea to your favorite mug and start pouring hot water once it’s hot enough for you. Now give this preparation some brewing time.

Add some milk as per your taste. Let it be known that CBD oil cannot mix with water since it’s oil. It can, however, mix with fatty substances which is why it’s important to add milk or some other dairy.

Add a few drops of CBD oil and give this preparation a good stir till everything is blended. Let it cool down a little. Your new favorite tea is now ready to be enjoyed.
